Hi, My name is Rich...

I’ve spent the last 20+ years helping churches grow—especially when it comes to creating healthy invite cultures that actually work. I’ve had the privilege of serving on the leadership teams of some incredible churches, including The Meeting House, Connexus Church (a North Point Strategic Partner), and Liquid Church in New Jersey.

These days, my mission is simple: I want to help 100 churches grow by 1,000 people each. I lead the Church Growth Incubator and host the unSeminary podcast and blog, where I get to share practical tools and real-world strategies that help church leaders like you reach more people.

I’ve written a couple of books—including Church Growth Flywheel and Unlocking Your Church’s Invite Culture—and I’m passionate about turning theory into action.

I live just outside of Toronto with my amazing wife, Christine, and our two young adult kids, Haley and Hunter. When I’m not coaching churches, you’ll probably find me making cold brew or trying to keep our dog Rory off the couch (again).
