Aaron grew up in ministry and has always had a heart for reaching lost people. After studying engineering he spent time working for Harley Davidson motorcycles, executing large projects and designing an efficient and lean manufacturing system. Feeling the tug of Kingdom work, Aaron left Harley and spent time on staff with Cru and then with a large multi-site church in Chicago. After helping his church go through a large construction project he understood the need of efficient, minstry-minded space and the balance between leveraging capital improvements for ministry and smart budget choices. Now he leads a team if incredibly passionate and creative designers who love Jesus and are efficient and effective at executing projects. He is married with 4 kids and loves to camp and get outdoors.
